GRD ACADEMY celebrates winter festivities with pomp and zeal
The festivities and jubilation at GRD ACADEMY NIRANJANPUR were apparent, with the school setting up a pretty picture. The Christmas tree decorations, activities and a merry flavor were rendered by Santa distributing the sweets.
The children brimming with joyous energy in their colorful attires were excited to witness the highlight of the day, which was an excellent play based on the birth of Jesus Christ, put up by the junior students at a short notice.
The Christmas decoration making activity was enjoyed by the students who participated enthusiastically.
The event was preceded by commemorating the sacrifice of the family of Guru Gobind Singh by screening an animated movie, earlier in the day for the children. From which they learnt about valour and sacrifice of the sons of Guru Gobind Singh after whom the houses in the GRD ACADEMY have been named, Ajeet House , Fateh House, Jujhar House, Zorawar House.
