It is said that “when the going gets tough, the tough gets going”. This time tested principle stands at the core of the guiding values of GRD Academy, Niranjanpur, which the institution seeks to impart, develop and institutionalize in the organization in general and in its students in particular.
Developing the values of grit, self confidence, motivation, teamwork, dedication and will to succeed requires a synergy between intellect and action. In manifesting these values in our students, GRD Academy emphasizes on extra-curricular brilliance besides academic excellence.
In order to boost the faltering morale and tempo of the students and staff, post the pandemic, GRD academy put forth an excellent example of its resilience through organizing the event of “Investiture ceremony” that brought together the will of different stakeholders and rejuvenated them to bounce back and face the challenges all renewed.
The program, with the Shri Jaiprakash Chaturvedi Ji (Joint Secretary & Regional Officer, RO-Dehradun CBSE) as Hon’ble Chief-Guest along with the school management, was hosted in full vigor. The Program was a medley of folk dance, Instrumental performances, Mythology and plays of historical significance in addition to the address by the Chief Guest, the Chairman of GRD Academy and brought to the finishing by the humble and motivating words of Principal’s vote of thanks.
